Role Overview

• MSC (Medicare Supply Chain) is building a digital pharmaceutical supply chain for Nigeria, enabling pharmacies to access authentic medicines directly from suppliers and distributors through a streamlined model. We are seeking Field Promoters to support the adoption of MSC within the pharmaceutical retail sector. You will engage prospects, onboard them onto the product, support their first purchase, and encourage continued ordering to drive recurring sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit pharmacies and drug outlets within assigned territories.
• Promote and explain the MSC platform to pharmacy owners and managers.
• Assist new users with account registration and onboarding.
• Support pharmacies in completing their first transaction (conversion).
• Collect structured field and market data and submit accurate reports.
• Communicate obstacles and adoption barriers to the operations team.
• Represent MSC professionally in the field and maintain trust with stakeholders.

Local & Cultural Fit

• Proficient in English and at least one local language (Hausa preferred).
• Familiar with local pharmacy operations and customs.
• Previous field sales or promotion experience is an asset.

Technical Basics

• Comfortable using smartphones.
• Able to explain basic app operations.
• Basic Excel/data entry skills (training can be provided).

Professional Standards

• Honest and responsible.
• Accurate in-field reporting.
• Able to work independently and meet targets.

Compensation Model

• During 3-month probation: ₦2,500 per pharmacy onboarded (Activation), ₦4,000 per pharmacy that completes first purchase (Conversion), 1.5% commission on monthly transaction value for retained pharmacies (Sales Growth).
• After probation (Full-Time Eligible): Introduction of base salary + adjusted incentive structure for qualified high performers.
